We are excited to announce that upon the sale of our house, we are moving back to West Philly! An opportunity came along to buy a house on the same block where we used to rent – 42nd and Pine Street. We are thrilled at the idea of walking to work again, as well as the close proximity to a great public school. We’ll also take advantage of the weekly farmer’s market (during the warmer months) which is about 2 blocks away.
Although we are excited, we will miss many things about Mt Airy. We have awesome neighbors and a lovely street. We have a great co-op, chiropractor and dentist. Plus, we’ve done a lot of work to our house and it’s an ideal size for us. So hopefully someone can appreciate and enjoy the Phil Ellena house, as we have. We are hoping to sell our house within 6 months. We’ll see what happens!
