We drove up to Brooklyn for a short visit this weekend and saw my friend Michelle from high school and Becca from college. B was in a play at the end of her first year in her grad school program at Brooklyn College, Two Gentlemen of Verona. She played Julia. It was really fun to see both of them and to see Becca act again.

BTW - My ancestors settled in Lancaster county PA. I think it was Johan Brubach from Switzerland. That’s what I recall - I have all the genealogy info somewhere. My brother John is (or was) the chair of the Brubaker Families of America. From your blog I’ve gathered you are Mennonite, and from Lancaster so it’s very possible we are distant cousins.
