A few weeks ago our kitchen sink was leaking, so our landlord sent out Bill, the plumber, to mend the problem. He left the first message above on our door the first day he stopped by. He had to come back to finish fixing the leak, so the other message was from the second time he came by.
We can imagine Chloe being very excited to see someone during the day since she’s home alone. She’s very friendly, so she probably followed him around the house and tried to “help” him under the sink.

Well, more like the Midwest. But we did have a fun week visiting friends and family in Ohio and Indiana. We stayed with my grandparents, Oscar and Verelda, but got to see many other people as well. Chloe stayed in Lancaster with her Brubaker grandparents. She was totally worn out when we got home! See our pictures for highlights from the week.

Anika’s visit is almost over already! She is coming with us on our roadtrip to Goshen, starting tomorrow night. We have gone shopping, visited a chocolate cafe, spent time with my grandma and played with Chloe! Anika has made up several games to play with her or else they cuddle. It’s been fun to see them getting along. Here are some pictures!
