make-over

Welcome to the unveiling of the new davidandolivia.com! For the past few months, Olivia and I have been using davidbrubaker.com for our family blog. This will now be the main webpage that we will update with blogs and pictures. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.

Right now the main feature of the site is the Photo section on the right. We have posted some recent pictures from Thanksgiving.

At this point the content on this site is sparse - we will slowly add new features. Any suggestions or comments about the new design would be much appreciated!

Yeah! Pictures! Looks like a fun time at the Brubakers. Chloe has so many more places to get into trouble : - )

Yeah, looks good! Chloe is getting huge! Are her eyes orange? I would like to be able to comment on individual photos like we could on the old site. Take your time though, I know you’re busy! Before I forget, I met a girl who calls Jasmine her best friend. Paula Dirks? I’m friends with her at Goshen!

Anika, you can comment on the photos, but you have to do it on the Flickr site where the images are hosted (click on the “See this photo on Flickr” link at the bottom of any picture). I wish it could be easier, but I’m not ready to spend any more time on the site at this point. Maybe sometime down the road. :)

I’ll ask Jasmine about Paula Dirks - it’s amazing how small the Mennonite world can be!

Hi Dave! I don’t know if you remember me (Christine Cochrane from LMH) This has been such a weird morning! I put on the TV before work and saw Matt Pellman doing the weather on 6abc. I tried to email him but he’s not on their site so I gooogled him and got your website since you mentioned him once…This is too crazy! Anyway congratulations on what looks like a great life:) I am married with a daughter and baby on the way, and i teach at the Milton Hershey School, I think about everyone from LMH often and it’s just neat to see updates like this! Hope you are doing splendidly and if you’re still in touch with Matt and have a way I can contact him let me know, I want to congratulate him, loooks like he’s on his way to becoming the next Matt Lauer like he planned:) Are you living in Seattle or just visiting? Well, anyway great to “see” you Dave! Happy Holidays!
